Cheese Sago Krans Recipe



CHEESE SAGO KRANS RECIPE

Now a days there are many cookies which one of its main ingredients is cheese. It usually combines cheese with another ingredients such as butter, coconut milk, flour, and tapioca starch. This time it will be seen a special recipe made of cheese and tapioca starch. The name of the recipe is Cheese Sago Krans. You can make it at home and serve it at one of cookies in Eid day. Ingredients:

300 g tapioca starch
3 pieces pandan leaf
50 g wheat flour
75 g margarine
75 g cold butter
125 g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
100 g cheese, finely grated
50 ml instant coconut milk
50 g red cherry sweets, roughly chopped
50 g green cherry sweets, roughly chopped

Steps:

  • Cook the tapioca starch and pandan leaf until pandan leaf dry and only 250 g tapioca starch left.
  • Mix margarine together with butter and powdered sugar until soft. Add the egg yolk, then stir well.
  • Add the tapioca mixture then wheat flour and cheese step by step into the margarine mixture, stir again.
  • Pour the coconut milk then stir.
  • Put the mixture into triangle bag with star squirt.
  • Squirt the mixture in baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the red cherry and green cherry on the top of the cookies.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes until well cooked. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • Store in the air-proof container.
Note: Make approximately 350 g.

CHEESE NASTAR PASTRY RECIPE

It is usually made of wheat flour, plain butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, etc. filled with pineapple jam and topped with grated cheese. Do you want to know how to make it? Ingredients:

200 g plain butte
50 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
30 g grated cheddar cheese
350 g wheat flour
¼ tsp. salt
25 g dried milk
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Jam Ingredients

500 g grated pineapple
175 g sugar
3 cm
3 cloves
½ tsp. salt
Spread Ingredients

2 egg yolks
25 ml water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
30 g lengthy grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Jam: Cook all the jam ingredients at a medium heat while being stirred until stiff and dry. Cook until the jam not dull in the wok. Remove from the heat and let it stand to cool.
  • Mix the plain butter together with the powdered sugar and egg yolks using mixer al a medium speed for about 2 minutes until well combined.
  • Add the grated cheddar cheese, wheat flour, salt, dried milk, and vanilla extract then stir.
  • Take a small piece of the mixture, round it off and flatten it. Add the jam then round it off again. Do the same thing until all the mixture is used up.
  • Spread: Mix all the spread ingredients then spread it onto the pastry then put the pastry into the baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes until well cooked. Remove from the heat, spread again the pastry with the spread ingredients while it is still hot then cool it.
  • Store the Cheese Nastar Pastry in the air-proof container.


Note: Make approximately 500 g.

How to Make Cheese Outstanding Pastry Kastengel

Kastangel is toasted sweetness and tasty cake that always suitable to complete lebaran nuance. Kastengel is a type of Indonesian savoury cookies.  It isn’t  quick spoiled. Making pastry so long lasting. Evenless this cake included easy being made so isn’t cold feet to fail make it. One of variety lebaran cake that we know is kastangel. Materials for making cheese kastangel:
250 – 300 gr wheat flfffour low protein , sieve
75 gr cheese cheddar grater
150 gr cheese edam(old cheese) grater
15 gr roombutter(white butter)
185 grmargarine
3 eggs yolk (for dough)
2 eggs(for dab)

Method of making cheese kastangel cake:

  • Churn Roombutter’s and margarine until soft then add three eggs yolk, enter one by one to the dough while shaked roled out. Enter wheat flour step by step while continue to stir in oreder to more roled out then enter cheese edam grater, shake till roled out.
  • make ready trilateral plastic then enter batters kastangel inside it, cut part end of plastic then makes diameter 1 cm.  Sprayer the batters cake become long and cut the length cake estimate 3 cm orderly.
  • Put the batters cake on the brass that is dabbed margarine. 
  • Dabbing upper kastangel batters with egg yolk then scatter cheese cheedar. Toast and enter kastangel batters into oven with 160 oC  approximate 20 minutes till cake ripe. Rise and let it cold.
